The current configuration derives the sidecar image from configuration paramter `sidecar-image`: 1e13020fe5/internal/cnpgi/operator/lifecycle.go (L418)
However, this is challenging for multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters, as the plugin deployment defines the target sidecar image for all CNPG clusters within a given Kubernetes cluster.
In this PR, we add an optional `sidecarImage` field to `ObjectStore.spec.instanceSidecarConfiguration`.
This allows workloads using a specific ObjectStore to override the Barman Cloud sidecar image configured globally on the plugin deployment.

The startup probe for the injected plugin-barman-cloud sidecar
previously left `periodSeconds` unset, so the API server defaulted it to
10s. Because the sidecar is a native init container that gates the main
postgres container on reaching `Started`, this added roughly one full
period to every pod's startup, even though the probe itself (a local
unix-socket health check) normally succeeds in milliseconds.
`periodSeconds` is now 1s, so the probe reports success almost
immediately in the common case. To avoid trading away failure tolerance
for that faster common case, `failureThreshold` is raised to 30 and
`timeoutSeconds` is lowered to 5s: a unix-socket call essentially never
times out under mere load, so hitting the timeout means the sidecar is
genuinely unresponsive rather than just slow, and it's fine to give that
rare case more attempts before restarting the container.

Replica clusters that use `pg_basebackup` as the bootstrap method and
stream WAL from an object store were not getting the barman sidecar
injected, causing WAL restore to fail silently. These clusters are now
handled correctly.

When referring to the same ObjectStore with custom TLS certificates
multiple times, the plugin was adding the same volume projection two
times. This lead to a wrong Job definition.
This patch makes the plugin add a sidecar to replica cluster Pods that
are using the plugin to get WALs, even if the plugin itself is not used
for WAL archiving.

clusters, enabling seamless migration between the in-tree barman cloud
support and the plugin.

This patch enables the barman-cloud plugin to function with an operator
that is structurally identical to CNPG but works with a different API group.
It achieves this through lenient decoding of the provided CNPG resources
and injecting the detected GVK into the sidecar, enabling it to correctly
encode and decode the Kubernetes resources.

This patch enables the use of custom CA certificates when connecting
to the object store in the barman-cloud plugin. The certificates are
injected into the sidecar via a projected volume and used by the
barman-cloud tool suite.
If the barman object name or the key name changes, users must trigger
a Pod rollout to apply the new values.
