fix(docs): update broken link to CloudNativePG documentation (#904)
The BarmanObjectStore reference page moved into the appendixes section
of the CloudNativePG documentation, so the previous URL returns 404.
Update the link across the Dev docs and every versioned release.

Closes #729

Versioning

Docusaurus allows versioning of the documentation to maintain separate sets of documentation for different software versions.

To create a new documentation version:

$ yarn docusaurus docs:version X.Y.Z
