Barman Cloud CNPG-I backup plugin

Validate() and the instance sidecar injection condition each independently re-encoded "is any of BarmanObjectName, RecoveryBarmanObjectName or ReplicaSourceBarmanObjectName set". The injection condition had already drifted from Validate() once, missing RecoveryBarmanObjectName until this PR added it back.
