Barman Cloud CNPG-I backup plugin

The environment variable CUSTOM_CNPG_VERSION (set in `internal/cnpgi/operator/lifecycle.go`)
is read as CUSTOM_CNPG_VERSIONXS in `internal/cmd/instance/main.go`.

Barman Cloud CNPG-I plugin for CloudNativePG
