Recreate the parallel WAL-restore coverage in the plugin repo: a
2-instance cluster archiving to minio with wal.maxParallel=3, forged WAL
segments on the object store, and assertions on the plugin's
prefetch/spool/end-of-wal-stream state machine driven through
`/controller/manager wal-restore` on the standby.

ignorePaths still had '**/tests/**' left over from the recommended
preset, even though a comment right above documents removing
'**/test/**' specifically to let renovate scan test/e2e for emulator
image dependencies. Every e2e Ginkgo package lives under
test/e2e/internal/tests/**, so the plural pattern was silently excluding
all of them; any image pinned by digest in those packages (e.g. minio,
aws-cli) was never going to get a bump PR.
No other tracked path in the repo matches '**/tests/**' once
node_modules is excluded by its own rule, so this narrows nothing else.

The startup probe for the injected plugin-barman-cloud sidecar
previously left `periodSeconds` unset, so the API server defaulted it to
10s. Because the sidecar is a native init container that gates the main
postgres container on reaching `Started`, this added roughly one full
period to every pod's startup, even though the probe itself (a local
unix-socket health check) normally succeeds in milliseconds.
`periodSeconds` is now 1s, so the probe reports success almost
immediately in the common case. To avoid trading away failure tolerance
for that faster common case, `failureThreshold` is raised to 30 and
`timeoutSeconds` is lowered to 5s: a unix-socket call essentially never
times out under mere load, so hitting the timeout means the sidecar is
genuinely unresponsive rather than just slow, and it's fine to give that
rare case more attempts before restarting the container.

Barman 3.19 dropped its runtime dependency on setuptools, so we no
longer need to pin it in the sidecar requirements or install it in the
image build. A Python 3.13 venv no longer seeds setuptools by default,
so removing it from the pip upgrade keeps it out of the runtime image
entirely.

Replica clusters that use `pg_basebackup` as the bootstrap method and
stream WAL from an object store were not getting the barman sidecar
injected, causing WAL restore to fail silently. These clusters are now
handled correctly.

During a replica cluster failover, the designated primary could
incorrectly attempt to restore WALs from its own object store instead of
the replica source, causing recovery to fail. This happened because the
previous logic relied on IsReplica() returning true, but that flag can
already be false while PostgreSQL is still in recovery and needs WALs
from the source cluster.

After the controller-runtime v0.24.0 upgrade (58f4fed), the instance
sidecar logged "v1.GetOptions is not suitable for converting to
postgresql.cnpg.io/v1" on every WAL archive, which broke retention
policy enforcement.
Register the standard meta types with metav1.AddToGroupVersion after the
AddKnownTypes call in internal/cnpgi/common/scheme.go and
internal/scheme/cnpg.go.

In GitHub Actions pull request builds, Dagger's telemetry git-label
collection runs `git fetch --depth 1` against the working tree whenever
GITHUB_REF is a refs/pull/ ref, which turns the checkout into a shallow
clone. Once shallow, `git merge-base origin/main HEAD` finds no common
ancestor and the commitlint task (--from=origin/main) fails on every
pull request.
Most dagger invocations already prefix GITHUB_REF= to suppress this; a
few were missing it. Prefix the remaining calls so Dagger never
shallow-fetches the host repository.

An `ObjectStore` already lets users tack extra command-line flags onto
three of the four `barman-cloud-*` invocations: `barman-cloud-backup`
via
`data.additionalCommandArgs`, `barman-cloud-wal-archive` via
`wal.archiveAdditionalCommandArgs`, and `barman-cloud-wal-restore` via
`wal.restoreAdditionalCommandArgs`. The fourth — `barman-cloud-restore`,
the actual data-restore step in PITR and recovery-from-object-store —
has had no
equivalent, which is exactly the gap reported in #821 (the asker wanted
a longer `--read-timeout` for slow restores from S3).
This PR fills that gap by adding
`spec.configuration.data.restoreAdditionalCommandArgs` and wiring it
into the recovery job hook. In `restoreDataDir`,
the user-supplied flags are appended after the cloud-provider options
and `--endpoint-url` but before the positional `(destinationPath,
serverName,
backupID, pgdata)` arguments — same shape as the other three knobs. The
library's existing append/dedup logic still wins on conflicts, so users
can't
accidentally override flags the plugin already sets (`--cloud-provider`,
`--endpoint-url`, etc.).
